Andrew Clark is now Diamond’s Treasury Programmer but, in his heart, will always be an Instructional Designer. Andrew has supported the Department of the Treasury for over 9 years and has made a career by leveraging the brilliance in his training developers to create tailored training solutions for a variety of stakeholders on a diverse set of topics ranging from Human Resources Software to Counterintelligence and Insider Threat training. Andrew enjoys learning new skills from his talented development team.
Chris Kaplan
Senior Instructional Designer @Diamond Information Systems
Christopher Kaplan is a Sr. Instructional Designer at Diamond Information Systems supporting the Department of Treasury. Prior to joining Diamond, I was the Content Team Manager for the Workforce Development Group in the Energy Services Division of GP Strategies. Before moving into the Content Team Manager role, I was a senior multimedia developer on the Content Team. Throughout all my work experiences I consistently find myself drawn to the potential for teaching and learning aspects of the technology we use. I hope I can apply my experience in creating learning opportunities, resources and frameworks that support the human aspects of teaching and learning. I have completed one 50k, 6 marathons, 2 Ironman 70.3 distance triathlons and swam 4.4 miles across the Chesapeake Bay.

Lawrence is Sr. Instructional Designer at Diamond Information Systems and a creative business leader with a proven track record of building organizations by reshaping the quality and efficiency standard of end-products, managing multiple projects; leading creative teams; and delivering engaging, customer-focused learning solutions. His strengths include identifying risks early and providing creative solutions to client challenges, utilizing restorative and innovative problem solving, and building strong customer and collaborative relationships. His professional creative experience began with freelance graphic design and video work and grew to landing several roles in creative spaces from Media Director of a local church to his current position of Art Director/Project Manager.
