The pro licenses Kathy is reviewing are held by the chapter - the chapter admin email ‘ch.adminXXXX@scorevolunteer.org’ is that email. You may need to contact the SCORE Help Desk if you do not know how to log into that email.

anyone can get a pro license, but there is a cost. for 99% of our mentors, a basic license will suffice.

hi. follow up to Steve Records comment. we have a pro license for Chapter. does this mean only way volunteers can use the pro features is to use the chapter license (e.g. only one meeting ID). what if we had two volunteers needing a meeting at same time ?

Locking the meeting makes it so you need a password to join. This would be for added security reasons on meetings.
