I have the same type of questions as Virginia - I also support multiple people. I've been told my alternate hosts aren't able to edit or cancel the meetings that I send from their calendars.

We do not use Blackboard at all.

If you use 'alternative host' to schedule something on the calendar for people you support, it doesn't allow that person to edit or cancel the meeting.

The alternative host must have created their wustl zoom account in order to be recognized as alternative host.

I need to know how to schedule meetings from multiple other people's calendars for meetings I will not be attending. Meetings for different groups may be happening at the same time. I have to be able to schedule Zoom meetings for 7 different people, most of which I will not be attending.

But if you are on HIPAA account, you can't do cloud recording, will only record to your local document

What is a zoom HIPAA account?

Because some folks are on med campus, they have a HIPAA tag on their zoom account, so there are restrictions due to HIPAA

For HIPAA video, you will go to documents and then to your Zoom folder. In there will be a separate folder for the recording

This is a local save, so you'll want to move to Box or somewhere. Otherwise you could lose the video as that part of your computer is not backed up.

Jean - the icons appear if your mouse is over the zoom window and also moving. They'll disappear if your mouse is still for a few seconds.

when I schedule meeting from home computer, I must choose an email, like outlook, gmail, etc. Then it tries to open my home (personal) outlook account, which has never been set up. How can I avoid this?
